Charbonnage Sainte-Henriette 🇧🇪

Here are the abandoned remains of the old coal mine near the Sainte-Henriette "terril" (slag heap), discovered during a walk in the area. The place probably served and perhaps still serves as a playground for airsoft enthusiasts. However, it is located on private land belonging to a company which operates the terril (slag heap) next door. The buildings are in an advanced state of ruin and there is not much left of interest to see. We nevertheless find the locations of the mine shafts. I took a few photos on the fly with my phone without bothering to unpack the tripod and camera.
